London

After driving all day we said goodbye to our wonderful and faithful bus driver and he left us in London. This is a much bigger city than I expected, but it is fun and there is so much to do here.

This morning we went to the London tower, which was also much bigger than I thought, and explored around and took a hilarious tour from a beefeater. The beefeaters live on the campus, which I found interesting, and can only apply for the job once they have reached a certain rank and have served at least 20 years in the military.

We then went to the museum of London, which walks you through the history of London from bones of mammoths and cave people, to the current state of London. It was so interesting to go through so much history.

St. Paul's Cathedral was beautiful. We climbed up all the way to the top and looked around at the city, as well as looked up at the dome and the floor below. It was so cool! It has been a long day.

Excited to explore more of the city! Rachel and I are looking into possibly going to see the Lion King play that is in town. We will see. Stay tuned for that.

Cheers!
